DESCRIPTION:This workshop\, co-facilitated by Erik Quezada and Bianca Soto in the CC Butler Center\, aims to support meaningful advising conversations through discussion of deep listening techniques. Participants will explore deep listening skills\, giving feedback\, building empathy\, and developing trust with students.
