DESCRIPTION:COVID pandemic induced a short yet sharp economic recession in 2020. Since then\, the global economy has been on the path of a fragile recovery. However\, major events continuously breakout: newer pandemic waves\, global collaborations in re-establishing travel and supply chain\, the recent Russian-Ukraine conflict\, and international sanctions. Where are we in this process of fragile economic recovery? What should we expect next?\n\nStudents from EC102 will give us a comprehensive overview of the economy from pre-pandemic to now. Stop by the Tutt Library first floor Data Viz Wall area (left of the main entrance) on Tuesday\, March 15th at 11:00 am. We will learn the long-run economic trend and examine the challenges facing our current road to recovery\, zooming in from an international perspective to the US and towards our state of Colorado.\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/4336
