DESCRIPTION:\nThe Veronika String Quartet concludes its 2021-2022 season — “Muse\, She\, the Empowering” — on Saturday\, May 7 in Packard Hall. The program “Our Heritage” begins at 7:30 p.m.\n \nThis season\, the Veronika String Quartet presented masterpieces written by\, dedicated to\, and inspired by women at each concert. “Our Heritage” features String Quartet No. 2 in D Major by Alexander Borodin\, String Quartet No. 10 “Frozen Dreams” by Lera Auerbach\, and String Quartet No. 9 in E-flat Major\, Op. 117 by Dmitri Shostakovich.\n \nTickets are $25 for adults\, $20 for military members (with ID)\, $10 for non-CC students (with ID). All current Colorado College students\, faculty and staff receive free admission to the concert with their Gold Card.\n \nThe CC Department of Music suggests\, but does not require\, that attendees wear a KN95 or similar filtration mask.
