DESCRIPTION:This workshop will explore the following questions: \n \n\n(1) What are my assets and strengths\, and how might I invest them in community work?\n(2) What are my limitations\, and how might I work collectively with others whose strengths match my limitations?\n(3) What does it mean to lead? How can I cultivate skills in strengths-based\, collaborative leadership?\n \nThis series is student-facing\, and also open to the full campus community.  Along with students\, all staff and faculty are invited to come learn about changemaking\, gain insight into the work of the CCE\, and connect with the community partners who co-facilitate these spaces.\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/6738
