DESCRIPTION:This workshop will explore the following questions: \n\n\n(1) What brings me joy? How might I incorporate what I love to do into my community work?\n(2) What gives me energy and what drains me? How might I work to ensure my community work gives me energy rather than drains me - making it sustainable?\n(3) What tools and strategies can I use to protect my joy by setting boundaries and priorities\, managing stress\, and caring for myself and my relationships?\n\nThis series is student-facing\, and also open to the full campus community.  Along with students\, all staff and faculty are invited to come learn about changemaking\, gain insight into the work of the CCE\, and connect with the community partners who co-facilitate these spaces. \n\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/6749
