DESCRIPTION:This workshop will explore the following questions: \n \n\n(1) What change do I want to see in the world\, and why?\n(2) How do I think change occurs? (E.g. Am I reformist\, or revolutionary? Consensus or conflict theorist? Seek micro- or macro-level change? Do I want to support needs\, mobilize others\, and/ or change culture\, markets\, or the distribution of power? etc.)\n(3) What are my assets and strengths? What role do I best play within the ecosystem of changemaking?\n(4) What principles are most important to me in the way I engage and approach change work?\n\nThis series is student-facing\, and also open to the full campus community.  Along with students\, all staff and faculty are invited to come learn about changemaking\, gain insight into the work of the CCE\, and connect with the community partners who co-facilitate these spaces.\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/6751
