DESCRIPTION:The Build a Block Away Workshop is an interactive workshop to help faculty turn an idea for an off-campus course into a proposal and a successful block away. We will explore the timeline moving from concept to proposal to recruitment and enrollment of students\, basics of budgeting\, the role of a Second Responsible Adult\, and the potential to work with partners (on and off-campus) to reduce the demands of leading study away courses.
