DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this workshop series is to immerse participants in strategies that support and embrace the needs of a modern multicultural human-centered workforce—practices of the past perpetuated inequities that are still very much present today. The need to be an intentional\, responsive\, and anti-oppressive institution that serves the evolutionary needs of our community is vital to embodying our values in the recruitment and selection process.\n\nParticipants are sure to leave enriched and equipped with tools\, resources\, and insights that challenge assumptions\, magnify critical thinking\, and operationalize anti-oppressive practices.\n\nAttending all three sessions is critical. Participants must plan to register for\, and attend\, all three in order to participate fully. \n\nPart 2: Anti-oppressive Practices dives deep into evidence-based tools\, design\, and deployment\n\n\n\nPresented by:\n\nErsaleen Hope\, Assistant Vice President\, Institutional Equity &amp\; Belonging\n\nMegan Nicklaus\, Career Center\, Director\n\nGinger Jurecka Blake\, Associate Vice President for Workplace Culture This event is not open to the general public. https://www.coloradocollege.edu/newsevents/calendar/details.html?EventID=54912&amp\;booking=1SEQUENCE:0\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/6820
