DESCRIPTION:Ever wonder who sets the temperature in the buildings across campus? This programming takes the CC community behind the scenes to explore CC’s energy infrastructure. We will explore how CC utilizes energy to meet the needs of the community – from heating and cooling to hot water and sanitation. \n\nCentral Plant Supervisor Justin Porter will show how everything is monitored\, we will visit both the boiler and chiller rooms – as well as peek into one of the underground tunnels that run across campus.\n\n\n\nPresented by:\n\nJustin Porter\, Central Plant Supervisor \n\nLocation: We will meet on the north entrance of the Central Plant between Cossit Hall and El Pomar Sports Center (across from Bemis Hall) before heading into the plant for the tour.
