DESCRIPTION:As employees of Colorado College\, you and your immediate family and dependents have access to use the fitness center on campus! The Adam F. Press Fitness Center is a 30\,000-square-foot facility that offers a full complement of fitness machines and state-of-the-art equipment. Take a wellness break and join Excel at CC for this session where you will be shown how to find the cardiovascular and aerobic equipment\, locker rooms\, weight machines\, and the amazing 3\,500 square-foot Ritt Kellogg climbing gym! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresented by:\n\nAndy Obringer\, Assistant Director of the Fitness Center \n\nChris Starr\, Director\, Recreation &amp\; Fitness Services\n\n\n\n\n\nLocation: We will meet at the north entrance of the Adam F.
