DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed to increase participants’ understanding/awareness of implicit/explicit bias and its impacts on our practices\, actions\, and attitudes both in and outside the workplace. This workshop aims to enhance self-reflection and critical thinking through an interactive human-centered experience. Participants will immerse themselves in techniques and strategies that help interrupt oppressive patterns of behavior and develop knowledge and skills that advances equity.
