DESCRIPTION:This workshop is an exciting opportunity for students who are interested in getting involved in community-based art and creation. All levels of experience are welcome. We will have looms prepared to weave banners for Shove Chapel. Participants will learn how to wind bobbins and how to use a floor loom. Using the hand as measurement\, we will each be represented in the final cloth. Once you have learned\, the weavings will be ongoing during dedicated times throughout the block and during open studio hours on Fridays. This workshop will be happening on October 17th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Arts and Crafts Studio located in the basement of Worner.\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/7090
