DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to the Smudge and Blessing Ceremony being held in observance of Indigenous Peoples Day.  Please start gathering at 7:45 am.  Smudging is an ancient Indigenous/Native American spiritual practice which uses smoke of medicinal plants such as sage\, sweetgrass\, and cedar for purification.  Smudging helps to bring balance\, focus\, and positive feelings.\n\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/7159
