DESCRIPTION:Animal Behavior and Creativity\na talk by Roberto Marchesini\n \nTo carry out its adaptive functions\, an animal needs to combine competence and creativity. In this talk\, Marchesini will present five levels of subjectivity\, those that make possible an active and creative condition of the animal in behavioral expression. I will also discuss how creativity plays a role even in the phylogenetic process.\n \n \n \nPhilosopher and veterinarian Roberto Marchesini (1959) is the Director of the School of Human-Animal Interactions and of the Center for the Study of Posthumanist Philosophy\, both based in Bologna\, Italy.
