DESCRIPTION:<a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/newsevents/calendar/details.html?EventID=55884&amp\;booking=1"></a>\nALASH are masters of Tuvan throat singing (xöömei)\, a remarkable technique for singing multiple pitches at the same time. Alash is joined in this concert by the CC Creativity &amp\; Innovation's Innovator in Residence\, Shodekeh Talifero\, a groundbreaking beatboxer\, vocal percussionist\, and breath artist who pushes the boundaries of the human voice within and outside the context of hip-hop music and culture.\n\nThe concert is free and open to the public\, but reservations are required.
