DESCRIPTION:Join the Chaplain's Office and the Wellness Resource Center for a 1-day block break workshop on "Loving Yourself and Loving Others." We're happy to welcome back CC grad Rev. Candace Woods as facilitator for the retreat. We'll be exploring themes of loving yourself through self-knowledge around spiritual practice\, gender identity\, and sexual orientation\, and then loving others through communication skills and setting healthy boundaries\, as well as spiritual connection. There will be plenty of time built in for rest\, integration\, and reflection. Bring a journal if you can! Snacks and lunch will be provided.\n \nRegister here!
