DESCRIPTION:In observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day\, everyone is invited to a Smudge and Blessing Ceremony led by Oglala Lakota Elder and Spiritual Advisor Lee Plenty Wolf.\n\nSmudging is an ancient Indigenous/Native American spiritual practice which uses smoke of medicinal plants such as sage\, sweetgrass\, and cedar for purification.  Smudging helps bring balance\, focus\, and positive feelings.\n\nBreakfast will be provided.\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/8226
