DESCRIPTION: \n  Join us Friday\, October 25\, at the FACfor a multi-sensory\, multidisciplinary performance art showcase produced by the nonprofit Muslim arts and culture collective MIPSTERZ. The events are best described as a live performance variety show\, where TED-style talks are interspersed with musical and theatrical performances.\n  This presentation of the Spotlight Series is curated by Samir Zamundu. MIPSTERZ has been home to authentic voices and creativity for the past decade\, spotlighting local talent\, artists\, academics\, singers\, activists\, and folks who fit many of those labels at once. The Spotlight Series coincides with <a href="https://fac.coloradocollege.edu/exhibits/alhamdu-muslim-futurism/">ALHAMDU | MUSLIM FUTURISM</a>\, on view in the museum through January 11\, 2025.\n  Our goal is to keep this event accessible and free\, with a suggested donation of $10.
