DESCRIPTION:\nJoin the Director of the <a href="https://japanstudy.earlham.edu/about">Japan Study</a> program at Waseda University for this virtual info session on how you can apply for this unique\, immersive study abroad opportunity. This CC-approved partner program allows you to spend an Academic Year + Cultural Internship over the winter break\, or a single semester at one of Japan's most elite academic institutions.\n\nJapan Study enables students to become international citizens as they explore Japan in depth\, build language skills\, and experience Japanese culture. Living with a Japanese family\, taking courses at Waseda University\, and participating in a cultural internship (full year students only) all offer different windows for experiencing and understanding the complex society of contemporary Japan.\n\nApplications are due at the end of Block 4 (2024) for any Japan Study application in the 2025-2026 academic year\, both <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/offices/globalandfieldstudy/global-education/semesters-off-campus/application-process.html">the Summit application</a> as well as the Japan Study application itself.
