DESCRIPTION:Join us for a presentation by Conor McCarthy\, Colorado College alum (2011)\, Director of Lending at Grow America Fund\, a national Community Development Financial Institution. His presentation will focus on summer internship opportunities at Grow America\, a mission driven lender\, which specializes in commercial lending to low-to-moderate income communities throughout the country.\n \nA History/Political Science major\, Conor will also discuss the value of his time at CC and the broad-based skill set that the humanities give in the fields of economic development\, finance and more. How could a history major have a career in community development finance?
