DESCRIPTION:Clay remembers. It carries the pressure of touch\, the warmth of hands\, the shape of stories. It's how we've come to understand thw worlds that came before us- and maybe\, how the future worlds might feel their way toward understanding us. \n\nIn the aftermath of all we've known\, what tools and knowledge migth we offer those who come next? What fragments of care\, resistance\, and imagination might endure through the objects we leave behind? How might our gestures - carved\, pressed\, embedded in clay - be read as messages\, maps\, or myths by beings from a future we may not see? Can an object become a portal - a quiet transmission across tgime\, reaching toward a world entirely unlike our own? \n\nJoin artists Luka Carter and malavila rao in a collective clay ritual - an invitation to make an offering to a shared ceramic vessel that ghold this moment in time. No experience required\, just a willingness to leave a trace.\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/8894
