DESCRIPTION:\nCome enjoy some Japanese snacks and learn more about spending a semester or year studying abroad in Japan! The director of the <a href="https://japanstudy.earlham.edu/">Japan Study Program at Waseda University</a>\, Robb King\, will be visiting CC\, and he will be joined by Hiromi Onishi &amp\; Francesca Pizarro from CC's Japanese Program who will share also about the opportunities with <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/academics/dept/asianstudies/study-abroad/study-abroad-cc-programs.html">CC in Japan</a> for Blocks 5&amp\;6\, 2027 and the <a href="https://www.kansaigaidai.ac.jp/asp/">Kansai Gaidai Asian Studies Program</a> semester or year! \n\nStudy in Japan can work for all majors and all levels of Japanese language.\n\nStart planning now for the very early application for Waseda (due in mid-December 2026 for either semester of the 2027-2028 academic year!)\, and for Kansai Gaidai which is slightly later (October 1 for Spring 2027\, March 1 for Fall 2027). <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/offices/globalandfieldstudy/global-education/semesters-off-campus/application-process.html">Apply in Summit</a>\; <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/offices/globalandfieldstudy/global-education/semesters-off-campus/financial-aid-and-billing.html">Financial Aid</a> transfers to CC partner programs &amp\; CC-Led programs\, and you may apply in Summit for <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/offices/globalandfieldstudy/global-education/semesters-off-campus/credit-transfer/">credits to transfer</a> towards your CC degree requirements. \n\nSee the <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/offices/globalandfieldstudy/global-education/semesters-off-campus/index.html">CC Global Education</a> website for much more information/answers to FAQs related to studying abroad!\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/9034
