DESCRIPTION:Professor Lauren Milne’s research is broadly in the field of accessibility and centers around making digital interfaces more accessible for people with disabilities. This talk will cover three primary research projects: StructJumper\, an Eclipse plug-in that helps blind programmers navigate code structure more efficiently\; Blocks4All\, an accessible introductory programming environments for blind children\; and the Focus Beyond Fab Lab\, a project in partnership with Saint Paul Public Schools aimed at developing best practices for accessible makerspaces and curricula.\n\n\nhttps://today.coloradocollege.edu/events/9346
