Registration is required and lunch will be provided.\n\nPlease register by Wednesday\, February 25.\n\nDrew Cavin is the Director of Field Study and Mountain Campuses\, and Lecturer in EV\, and has a PhD in Recreation\, Parks\, and Tourism Science from Texas A&\;M University. He has been an Outdoor and Experiential Educator for 2 plus decades. He enjoys doing all manner of outdoor activities with his family and friends.\n\nThis talk will take us through a brief history of field trips at CC\, cover the present state of field trips at CC via an in depth qualitative and quantitative examination of field trip outcomes and impacts on students. We will talk about what makes field trips such a unique and valuable part of CC’s offerings. We will also look at opportunities and threats to field trips into the future. \n\nFaculty Lunch Series 25-26:\n\nThe Faculty Lunch Series is sponsored by the Academic Events Committee (AEC) and the Office of the Dean of the Faculty.
