DESCRIPTION:\nThe Colorado College Summer Music Festival presents its annual Children’s Orchestra Concert on Thursday\, June 18\, with performances beginning at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. in Celeste Theatre\, Cornerstone Arts Center.\n\nThese concerts are free for all\, but <a href="https://fac-cc.my.salesforce-sites.com/ticket/#/events/a0SUY000007myNd2AI">tickets are required</a> due to high demand with limited space\, and seats sell out quickly each year. Patrons are welcome to check at the door whether seats are available due to no-shows if tickets have sold out online.\n\nThis year\, the Festival Orchestra will perform Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf\, featuring guest artist <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/other/summermusicfestival/who-we-are/Bill-Bowers">Bill Bowers</a>\, mime\, along with <a href="https://www.coloradocollege.edu/other/summermusicfestival/who-we-are/our-staff.html">Virginia Barron</a>\, narrator\, and accompanied by artwork created by students from the <a href="https://fac.coloradocollege.edu/art-school/">FAC's Bemis School of Art</a>. \n\nThe CC Summer Music Festival runs June 6-26 with dozens of free and ticketed events for all ages.
