DESCRIPTION:\nPlease join us on Thursday\, July 16\, from 2-4pm in the Tim Fuller Event Space (Tutt Library) for "Designing Accessible FYP Courses\," a Canvas-building workshop that will share best practices in making course materials as accessible as possible for our range of first-year learners.\n\nExperts from Accessibility Resources\, Digital Student Experience\, and Tutt Library will share ways to convert PDFs or access alternative formats\, access open educational resources\, and insights from universal design practices. We'll also be available for help troubleshooting and testing your course materials. We'll have plenty of time to actually build and/or revise your Canvas shells\, so please bring your laptops.\n\nAlthough geared towards FYP faculty\, we also invite Bridge and any other faculty to join.
